I had a yorkie that did that but she stopped after she was a year old..Just make sure you have her lots of toys to play with and that should help. Good luck.

Brody has one job to do every day and that is bring in the newspaper. He gets very excited when the paper gets here and manages to rip it up a bit before getting it back in the house. P-A-P-E-R is one of the first words we had to spell around him.

I have a definite shredder but not sure which one to blame (have 3) ..we recently went camping for the 4th of July…the yorkies were in the camper because the heat was really bad that day..I heard scratching at the storm door and went to investigate…there was shredded toilet paper from one end of the camper to the other..when my husband saw all that white he thought that it was feathers and that the yorkies had destroyed our bed..lol..no just hundreds of pieces of toilet paper..thank God for shark vacumn

well I wish you could tell me how to stop mine from fighting. I have a female about 4 years old and a female 1 yr. We had to take the oldest who is also 5.8 pounds to surgery last week . She attacked the bigger younger yorkie who way 12 pounds. Tore muscles in the leg into bites all over her IVs drains and in shock. Now they both stay muzzeled. They pkay like best friends, then it only takes a certain look and the fights on. Any help or suggestions?

Yes my one lil yorkie Mollie gets every where in the bay window via the couch, her favorite place is the back of the recliner and you must be very careful when getting up or she looses her balance. The bad thing it is so very hard on their backs and hips when jumping down, I have had to move furniture so she can’t get in her favorite places as she is getting older (14years) and is starting to have some hip problems.. I have another little yorkie named Gadget who has never tried this. She is 5years. Both weigh about 3 to 4 lbs but oh my gosh they are so much fun!!!!

I guess I would follow this advise if I didn’t have a nose, but my two little firecrackers smell like dirt from playing outside and get oily looking from all the loving hands that pet them. We have them groomed once a month and they usually get at least one bath in between.

Poodles do not need the clothes as perhaps. the Yorkie or Chi. Poodles have a natural wool insulation. This “wool” protects them from extreme heat as well as cold.
